About Our Founder

Our founder has been in the business of Dentistry since 2002. Very early in her career, she ran an absentee multi speciality center where she had to supervise a team that included associate dentists. It was quite an obstacle to be one of the youngest in the office yet continue to have everyone's respect. Prior to that, she managed a start up fee for service office where she assisted in the hiring process and ran the internal marketing program. She also managed a Periodontist office. Before she branched out and became an entrepreneur,  she was a provider relations manager for a HMO insurance company. She has experience in not only identifying the right candidates for a fee for service, but also for a large specialty center or an office that runs more like a clinic. Her experience in a specialty office, also allows her to assist our team in understanding the right fit for an office that needs to manage outside referrals. While in the field both as an entrepreneur and as a provider relations manager; she has experience in identifying what dynamics work in order to make a practices team thrive.  She believes a great candidate for one office may be a poor fit for another.

Our Support Team

The support team consists of individuals from different backgrounds including dentistry, healthcare,  insurance, business and education. As a team, we are able to discuss from different perspectives why a member may or may not be a good fit for an office. We care about the office's team being happy with their newest member.

Why Us

Our team realizes that finding a new team member is not a one size fits all approach. We try to work with not only the goals, but the also the finances of the practice. We understand some practices have lost revenue as a result of the missing team member(s). That's why we offer a variety of packages to meet offices needs.

FAQs

  • How long does the process take? We try to take into consideration your practice's needs,  but depending on the qualifications you are looking and the candidates we are interviewing it may take a week or it may take a month. Ideally, we prefer to focus on the long term placement being successful.
  • Help! Our billing and AR is getting behind. How can you help? We have members of our team who can assist in the interim. They have experience in both DENTAL and MEDICAL billing. Please ask us for details.
  • What if we are not happy with the new member? If it's within 60 days and the arrangement is not working out we will continue to support finding a new candidate.  Exclusions and limitations may apply.*
  • Why should we use a 3rd party company? We understand that since the pandemic many offices are struggling with the normal workload. Time is money, especially in the dental field. We are here to help keep the practice as "normal" as possible until we find the right team member for you.
